Sharmeen Tole is a pharmacist, AI drug discovery scientist, and venture builder specializing in AI-driven drug discovery, biomedical data platforms, and regulatory intelligence. As COO, she focuses on translating scientific and technology strategies into execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, strengthening operational processes, and supporting partnerships, commercialization, and organizational growth.
She has experience building AI-enabled drug discovery platforms for complex diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and cancer, and has led teams across computational biology, medicinal chemistry, AI, and engineering. At conference, she contributed to AI-powered platforms for small-molecule drug discovery and medical device intelligence. She also developed computational pipelines for automated virtual screening, MDS and generative drug design using GANs.
She holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Technology from ICT Mumbai, specializing in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery.
